Sussex Studios is a reconversion of an industrial warehouse in Woodstock into 19 residential apartments for Investicore. The project was ground breaking in developing designer residential lofts in the old industrial textile hub of Cape Town.
During the Sales process Sussex Studios was turned into an events venue, with a pop up restaurant, Salud, art gallery and a concept fashion store.
